Bloomstem.com will consider refunds for any unopened products with original undamaged packaging purchased within the last 30 days.
Any refund requests on opened items or requests made after 30 days of purchase will not qualify for a refund.

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours.
