Works great! I do not like taking OTC sleep medications because they can cause dementia. I was on vacation and came across this shop. The young girl helped me pick what was right for me, and I started using it that night. I fell asleep and stayed asleep and didn't wake up nauseous as I did with over-the-counter medication. A plus is that it contains all-natural Ingredients. I will be ordering again and trying other products.
